- Where are shipping from?
We ship items from our facility located in the City of Industry in Southern California.
- When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within one to three business days from when the order is processed. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, special order items, items shipped from the manufacturer, non-stock items, large orders, and custom orders. Orders placed will be processed within 1 business day.
If you need an order by a specific date, please place the order ahead of time that allows for processing and shipping time, or contact us to see if we can make arrangements and accommodate your deadline.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Orders can be shipped to PO Box address, but we typically charge for bigger sized boxes because they are not going regular ground. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Main which is considered a premium service to ground.
- Do you ship Internationally?
We ship world wide, with the exception of Russia/Turkey. All customs, duties, and other import fees, if applicable, are handled by the receiver.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
- What if I supplied an incorrect shipping address?
We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can either reship the item to the correct address if it is provided or cancel the order and process a refund. Please note that we will charge the billing party any fees assessed by the shipping company for a misdelivered item.
- What if my package is lost or stolen?
Typically packages that show delivered and not received are mis-delivered. They can be delivered to a neighbor accidentally or dropped off a location that you may not have checked. We urge a customer to check surrounding deliverable locations and with neighbors if they have not received packages. If a package was delivered and not received, we will help by filing a trace with the shipping courier
